Founded in 2021, Makin' Dough Cookie Co. is a mother-daughter team that has always had a knack for baking.  We started trying our hand at cookie decorating in June and soon found ourselves in the deep end of the cookie world!  We've both always enjoyed baking and using our creativity in various ways (can you say "hello, Pinterest!").  We started researching, reading cookie blogs and following lots of cookiers on social media to learn as much as we could.  Let's be real - there is SO MUCH that goes into decorating cookies!  After much practice, we finally found our groove and created a process that works for us - Kay bakes, while Ali decorates.  We've learned so much along the way and are so grateful for the cookie community we've built!
