Store Policies

Customer Care

All custom orders require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking.  The remaining balance is due by pick-up date.  Due to availability, we require 2-3 week's notice for custom orders.

We give our best efforts to ensure your order is decorated to the details on your order form and in our email conversation(s).  Please keep in mind that every order is hand-made.  Decorative finishes are subject to artistic interpretation based on conversation(s).  If you have specific colors or details in mind, please provide photographs for inspiration.  We will do our best to color match and design to your liking, however, we DO NOT replicate or reproduce work of other cookiers.

We are not responsible for any damage to an order once it leaves our kitchen.  This includes, but is not limited to, melting or breakage during transport or delivery.  You will be given instructions on how to transport and store your order upon pick-up.

Privacy

Makin' Dough Cookie Co. respects the privacy of all customers and does not give out any information.  Payments are made using secure third-party banking.  We do no have access to any of your saved or previously used payment methods.

Any personal identifiable information collected will only be used to contact you regarding your order.

Makin' Dough Cookie Co is a Cottage Food Operation that is not subject to routine government food safety inspections.

Wholesale Inquiries

At this time, we do not currently offer any wholesale options.  For now, we are focused on creating custom decorated cookies rather than mass-producing designs.
